Reading environments, behavioural indicators, and pre-incident decision-making. Applicable at the office, while travelling, and in public spaces.
Self-defense fundamentals
Repeatable techniques for close-range incidents, including verbal de-escalation and boundary setting. No fitness or martial arts background required.
Firearms familiarization
Instructor-led range training at a controlled, licensed facility. Full safety briefing, all equipment provided, no experience necessary.
